Union Hospital, Lynn MA

Demolition of the former Union Hospital buildings on Lynnfield St in Lynn, MA. Owned by a private developer, Solimini Enterprises. The brick and concrete structure, measuring in at approximately 230,000 square feet. RSG Contracting demolished the entire structure, including foundations, using a variety of excavators and lattice-boom crane. Site lighting, parking lots, signage and drainage structures were also removed. Clean concrete from the building foundations was crushed on-site and stockpiled for later re-use. This site will be the future home of senior housing, with an on-site urgent care facility.
